We are recruiting a Sales and Reservations Coordinator!

 

As a Sales and Reservations Coordinator, you are a crucial part of our guest's journey, from initial enquiry to guest departure. Every little detail counts and you will take pride in communicating important guest requirements over to relevant team members and ensure we are consistently creating memorable experiences.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our reservation system along with ensuring our guest journey is exceptional. You'll be consistently identifying ways to further develop site and system knowledge. As well as new starters, you will also ensure that you continuously develop your own knowledge as well as your relationship with our guests. This role is a stepping stone into the Sales Manager role so you should be guest facing at all times in preparation for this.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every guest interaction is ultra positive and with the intention of getting them to have a return visit
  • Build relationships with new, existing and regular guests
  • Effectively manage incoming enquiries, whether that’s through telephone, website, social media, third party and/or in person.
  • Host and coordinate reservations and events alongside the operational team
  • Ensure that deposits are collated for relevant bookings, key campaigns and/or events.
  • Ensure Sales and Reservations audit is carried out each shift
  • Analyse all guest requirements and recommend suitable options to confirm all reservations
  • Upsell pre-booked packages or experiences where necessary to meet pre-set team targets.
  • Ensure open counts are communicated to the kitchen team.
  • Ensure all relevant pre-orders are delivered to the kitchen team in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all guests are welcomed into our sites in a safe, positive and engaging manner.
  • Ensure all reservations; occasion bookings, private dining spaces and events are set up appropriately prior to guest arrival.
