We are recruiting for Receptionists to join our front office team. You will have a key role in leading the guest journey and providing 5* service to help assist and members and guests.
About you :
- You will have a minimum of 2 years receptionist experience in a similar role ideally within in a luxury, hospitality or Wellness
- Understanding and experience of booking systems
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences with a smile
- Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
- Impeccable appearance and interpersonal skills with a good command of English is essential both verbal and written.
