We have a fantastic opportunity for a supervisor to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England's leading Hotel and Resort. We have 320 bedrooms, 2 rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for...golf. We have a really exciting year ahead at The Belfry, with hosting The British Masters in August 2024 and continuing with the launch of new training and development opportunities and incentives.

Sam's Clubhouse is the ultimate destination for sports enthusiasts and those seeking a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere. The menu is a delightful fusion of clubhouse classics and unique culinary creations. Our guests can savour delectable sharing boards, juicy burgers, and buckets of mouth-watering wings alongside lighter options such as wraps, pies, and the catch of the day. During the summer season, Sam's extends its dining experience to the outside patio and bar, serving up to 250 guests at once, and accommodating approximately 500 covers per day. The outdoor area provides a lovely setting to bask in the warm weather while our guests relish their favourite dishes and drinks.


The on target earning potential for this role is 28408 annual salary, compromising of a base salary of 26302 plus a qualified estimate of 2106 gratuities per annum

About the role

As Sam's Clubhouse supervisor, you will work alongside the managers to lead and organise your team to deliver excellent operational standards and maximise revenue in the department.

You will also be responsible for:

Coaching, developing, and acting as a role model to your team

Reviewing weekly business to address successes and opportunities for improvement with revenue, guest measures, and payroll

Overseeing the cellar, stock control and bar training

Identifying opportunities to drive profit, create value for guests, and encourage innovation

Ensuring that your team are informed, motivated, engaged, and developed, to deliver operational excellence

About you

The ideal candidate will have a proven food & beverage background within a high-end pub or restaurant environment and experience with high volume.

You will also have:

Experience in cellar management and stock control
