We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry Hotel and Resort, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. After a beautiful refurbishment we now have 319 bedrooms, Rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for…golf.

Rocca’s Restaurant

Located next to our leisure facilities, Rocca’s is our most family-friendly restaurant. Serving afternoon tea to our spa guests during the day, and pizza and pasta in the evening, Rocca’s is a welcoming and fun atmosphere at any time of day.

The Role

Work-life balance is important to us at The Belfry. We provide a 45 hours per week contract. As a restaurant supervisor, you will work with the General Manager to ensure excellent customer service in a very busy environment.

As a supervisor you will:

• Lead by example, instilling team spirit and inter-departmental cooperation
• Ensure our guests receive the highest quality of service
• Ensure shifts are efficient and smooth
• Support your team, providing training and guidance
• Assist with cash handling and stock management
• Work closely with Rocca’s chefs to maintain quality of food
• Supervise and motivate your team

About you

• An experienced supervisor who has worked in a busy Gastro pub, 4 star hotel, or busy high street restaurant.
• Passion for food and drink
• Thrive from delivering fantastic service in a buzzing and beautiful environment
• Ability to work on own initiative and driven to progress
• Enjoy managing large team
• Motivate your team through being approachable and delivering great support
