We have an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry Hotel and Resort, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. After a beautiful refurbishment we now have 319 bedrooms, Rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for…golf.

The Spa

The Belfry Spa has 20 treatment rooms, a relaxation room, a mani-pedi station, whirl pools, swimming pools, our famous 'fire and ice' experience and more. We offer a range of Espa treatments and our spa therapists are passionate about delivering personalised treatments in stunning surroundings.

The role:

Work-life balance is important to us here at The Belfry and we can offer a range of contracts from 0 to 40 hours depending on your needs, although we do require availability at weekends. You will be an Experienced Spa Therapist at Level 3 NVQ and have some understanding of the role of a Spa Therapist within a busy hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  •  To ensure that the highest standards of service are maintained throughout the spa
  • Spa Therapists will carry out a range of treatments to the highest standards in line with Espa requirements
  • Identify opportunities to promote The Spa and other business functions throughout the resort
  • Identify sales opportunities for products within our Espa range
  • Keep up with the cleaning maintenance of the Spa throughout the day
  • To work within a large team of Spa Therapists and create a great atmosphere for guest and colleagues alike
