HR Generalist - North/Scotland - Edinburgh

Applications are invited for a HR Generalist to support the HR function across the North of the company which includes Scotland & North East.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance on a range of UK employment related matters including consultation, TUPE transfer, performance management, employee legislation and policy.
The ideal candidate should be CIPD qualified to level 5 or similar with a generalist HR background and knowledge and understanding of UK employment legislation, its interpretation and implementation.
You will be able to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business and work with employees and managers to resolve problems and address concerns.
The suitable Candidate will be expected to travel extensively across the UK so flexibility is required.
