Restaurant Manager - Shepton Mallet - Somerset

The hotel has 28 bedrooms and offers superior accommodation, from the spacious grand suite, to the opulent four poster rooms, each with an outside courtyard or balcony.

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing the restaurant operations with your main areas of responsibility consisting of:-
•Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager
•Hotel duty management shifts
•Providing exceptional levels of customer service
•Recruitment, training and development of the team
•Dealing with guest queries
•Working within budget constraints
•Driving sales to maximise revenue
•Responsibility for stock takes
•Evaluating performance to drive continuous improvement
