Hotel Assistant General Manager - Hastings
Applications are invited to manage one of our prestigious Hotels. Extensive management experience, natural leadership qualities, strong interpersonal skills and a customer focused ethos are essential, as are, a high level of enthusiasm and an ability to motivate and develop a team to be the best they can be.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and effective running of the Hotel at all times, ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations. The need to develop a strong Head of Department team to assist in all matters is essential.
Being responsible for the overall management of the hotel including marketing and promoting the business, the successful candidate will have the ability to motivate, develop and influence all those around them in order to maximise profitability and provide excellent levels of customer service consistently.
