Communications Executive

As Communication Executive you will work within the overall discipline of Hotel PR and Marketing to increase brand awareness of The Balmoral and Rocco Forte Hotels. Ensure that the brand values and key messages run through all PR and Marketing activity.

The role will involve coordinating press cuttings, assisting the team with preparation for media visits, populating content for the monthly PR report, manging the organisation of the PR photography database, utilising the CRM tool to create and build tactical marketing pieces to promote meeting facilities, restaurants, spa and rooms. Creating and monitoring all content for all monetary and complimentary gift vouchers whilst managing the stock of all Marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of a luxury brand, excellent written and spoken English, strong copy-writing and proofing skills, excellent attention to detail and be highly motivated and creative. A relevant degree in this field is also essential and a minimum of one year’s experience in a PR or Marketing agency or in-house team and previous luxury hotel experience is desirable.
