As Junior Sous Chef you will be a professional within the kitchen brigade and be responsible for the flawless running of our Kitchen by developing the team and ensuring they prepare exceptional food to the correct standard. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure that departmental goals and targets are met and work within the financial constraints of the department so that optimum profitability is achieved. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated individual who can demonstrate success at this level, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role for 2 years within a 5 star luxury hotel.
