Management Development Program (MDP)
Our intensive Management Development Program is a 12-month programme designed to give you exposure in 4 different departments. During the programme, you will undergo a series of training workshops, which aim to improve both technical and behavioural skills. And it works: over 90% of our previous candidates are now in management roles.
Project “R” - Business Plan Competition
Our Project “R” business plan competition is designed to encourage creativity and strengthen commercial acumen amongst our managers. This is a challenging 3-month programme which will test and improve your business skills. It will force you to think about all aspects of a business from concept creation and operational strategy to marketing and finance.
