Night Butler - The Arts Club, London
The Arts Club Hotel is a beautiful 16 bedroom boutique hotel in the heart of Mayfair. We are currently searching for a Night Butler for this amazing bespoke hotel.
The Night Butler is part of the Housekeeping team which operates to provide efficient, courteous, professional assistance to guests at the hotel. The Butler will take care of all suite and room guests and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests. As a Night Butler you will be expected to...
- Serve food and beverages to our members.
- Assist the member's/guests with check in and check out.
- Be proactive at all times throughout the night.
- Monitor the hotel and liaise with the night receptionist and Duty Manager.
- Recognise understand and anticipate members'/guests needs.
- Assist member's/guests with any issues.
- Ensure standards of service are delivered at the highest level.
As a Night Butler your role is to work as part of the Hotel and Club team to offer five star service at all times.
We are searching for highly motivated individuals, who have worked in a similar role from a hospitality background. Other skills which need to be demonstrated include:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Polished appearance of personal grooming
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn
- Proficient in English language skills
