As one of London’s top live music venues, the Club is a creative hub where 6 home produced bands and headline acts including Red Hot Chilli Peppers and The Jacksons have performed.

We are currently looking for top talent to come and join our team and share this unique and luxury setting in Mayfair.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Mixologist and Head Bartenders to ensure service excellence is delivered and guest satisfaction is maintained
• Supervise a team of bartenders and barbacks and strive to develop team performance and career growth
• Demonstrate product knowledge of food and beverage items served throughout the Club, whilst having a creative flair in the selection and application of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages
• Monitor and control beverage stock levels effectively and review sales performances
• Monitor cash handling procedures and support the Assistant Bar Manager in the opening and closing duties

Entry Requirements

We are searching for highly motivated and experienced individuals, who have worked in a similar role. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Impeccable appearance of personal grooming
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn
• Proficient in English language
• Opera and Micros systems are desirable
