As the Revenue Coordinator, you will be supporting the Heathrow Cluster Revenue Managers with their day to day tasks.

 

Duties & Responsiblities

  • To manage and fully understand all systems within the brands to support any of the hotels at Heathrow in terms of rate and inventory management
  • Reviews and implements room accommodation and rate inventory controls via various selling channels in conjunction with the Revenue Manager.
  • Regularly reviews rate parity with third party sites
  • To monitor competitors pricing & products, understand the dynamics of the local market and the demand generators. Recommend appropriate actions to the relevant Revenue Manager.
  • Generally implements, reviews and analyses various strategies across all channels under the guidance of the Revenue Manager
  • Analyses past and present trends and agrees on action for future strategies with the relevant Revenue Manager
  • Conducts displacement analysis of group & M&E business as needed to determine the impact potential business will have on RevPar
  • To support the Revenue Managers in preparing weekly and long range room's forecasts on occupancy and rate.
  • Run and analyse pick up reports and rate comparisons on a daily basis Support with data cleanliness.
  • Working with different brands and learning different systems
  • Prepares / supports with preparation of monthly reports and provides critical analysis on performance vs forecast and budget

Experiences

  • previous hotel experience preferred (Reservation or Reception)
  • Excellent commend of English
  • Computer literate & excellent knowledge of hotel PMS system (eg. Fidelio)
  • Avdanced excel, powerpoint and word
  • Committed and career oriented
