Team Member Pay
Team members at Fridays are paid at least the minimum wage before any tips are taken into consideration. Believe it or not, many restaurant chains in the UK fail to do this.
Fair Tips
At Fridays we have a Troncmaster and a Tronc Committee to ensure all departments are considered fairly when it comes to Tip distribution.
Every department has their opportunity to make recommendations in respect of them receiving a split of the Tronc fund when the Committee have their meetings. Your General Manager will explain to you the most up to date distribution arrangements between departments.
Our pay rates are reviewed every year against the hospitality industry averages, and against our job role expectations. Tips have never formed part of any considerations, and they never will.
