Job type: Permanent, Part Time

Working Hours: 16 hours per week, between Monday to Sunday

Salary: £6.56 to £8.91 per hour

Here at Tenterden Leisure our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Catering Assistants to join the centre.

As the Catering Assistant, you will be in a varied role and your day to day responsibilities will include carrying out cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout and undertaking record temperature checks whilst ensuring high standards of food hygiene are maintained. You will also make sure that customers are served promptly and efficiently and ensure that financial and cash handling procedures are complied with.

About you

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Tenterden, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.

Level 2 in food safety is desirable as is previous experience in a customer facing environment, however full training will be provided.
