If there's one thing you can rely upon in life, it's the unexpected. There are times when our staff go above and beyond for us - so we try to do the same for them in times of need.

SUPPORT

Life can be tough. Work can be tough. Combining both can sometimes be really tough. That's why we offer all our employees an 'Employee Assistance Programme', designed to help you deal with both personal and professional concerns that could be affecting your home life, work life, health or general wellbeing. The service is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and is completely confidential and includes free counselling. 

EVEN MORE SUPPORT

We want to make doubly sure you are looked after so we have some expert help on hand from the Licensed Trade Charity. LTC offer support and guidance (including counselling) on a variety of different subjects and is completely free of charge and confidential to all employees.

LIFE ASSURANCE

Our people are provided with free life assurance cover. It's never nice to think of, but in the event of your death whilst working for us, your chosen loved one will be entitled to a sum equal to 2 times your annual salary for hourly paid employees and a sum equal to 4 times your annual salary for salaried and Support Centre employees. This gives you peace of mind to know that your loved ones are looked after.
