As a CSA Pin for Tenpin, you will be responsible for ensuring that all bowling equipment and the lanes are maintained to a high standard. This will ensure that our customers have the best possible bowling experience when they visit us.
What we need from you:
- To greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner

- To be familiar with all products within all areas of the unit and to have full knowledge of all current promotions
- To constantly be alert to all sales opportunities and actively seek to offer products and services available to meet customer needs
- To strive to constantly achieve operating standards
- To be able to competently operate the Reception booking systems and all till’s
- To ensure that you are fully aware of Food & Hygiene regulations and work in a clean and safe manner to minimise the risk to customers and colleagues
- To ensure that the restaurant area is always clean and tidy
- To have full knowledge of all drinks and prices
- To ensure that you are fully aware of the Weights & Measures act and all Liquor & Licensing Laws
- To ensure that the Bar area is always clean and tidy
- To host and entertain individuals and parties to a high standard of service
- To ensure that all customers use correct safety procedures whilst using the facilities
- To ensure that the lanes area is always clean and tidy
- To attend and participate fully in all team meetings as requested by the Management Team
- To attend and participate in all training sessions as requested by the Management Team
- To take personal ownership for the achievement of all objectives as agreed at the annual appraisal and / or feedback from meetings
- To ensure personal appearance and behaviour is always to company standard
- To ensure that all possible steps are taken to minimise or prevent loss or damage to company property or assets, including information
- To ensure fair and equal treatment to all individuals in line with legislation and company policy
- To lead by example and encourage all colleagues to participate and work together
Technical Responsibilities:
- Record and submit GPS to the technical managers
- Oil and maintain the lanes including mopping the approach and keeping the gutters clean and clear
- Complete bumper checks to ensure that they are safe and fit for purpose, escalate if damage and repair if necessary
- Complete safety signage checks to ensure not damaged, replace if necessary
- Make regular guarding checks alongside all return and TMS emergency stop checks
- Control the lane machine service and compressor check
- Make Qubica scoring checks to ensure fully operational
- Take charge of maintenance of all the TMS machines (cleaning / checking strings)

- Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
