Client Relations Manager - London

The Company

Our team of experts are there to help our clients meet their health and fitness goals with Physiotherapy, Sports Massage and Personal Training, plus we also offer a range of alternate classes including HiiT, TRX, Barre and Yoga.

The Role

As a Client Relations Manager at Ten, you are the brand ambassador that drives the culture and the company values in the Studio. Through your leadership you deliver a Premium Customer service experience and motivate and develop your team to do the same.

You´re People Driven, and an Expert in what you do and you know how to be Celebratory both with our Clients and your team members.

You're Pro Active and use your initiative to drive the business forward in terms of coming up with new strategies of engaging and retaining existing Clients, and build relationships with corporate businesses in your area.

You're an Enthusiastic and Positive person that loves what you do and has a passion for Health and Fitness. You also take great Pride in the job you do and the results you're delivering.

The Responsibility

• Management of the FOH team
• Rota management for FOH staff
• Cash handling and banking
• Health and Safety
• Responsible for studio standards and reporting on maintenance
• Building on corporate sales for your studio
• Covering 3 weekly shifts FOH
• Delivering on KPI´s like retail sales, block sales and Brand Standards.

Experience/skills

• Management /Team leader experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Sales experience
• Love interaction with clients and building relationships
• Experience in use of MBO system is desirable

Working Hours- 40 hours a week, shift work including weekends

Reporting to- Group Operations Manager
Salary- £22-24kpa plus monthly KPI bonus and benefits
