Job title: Senior Front of House Assistant

Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours a week, shift work including weekends

Reporting to: Operations Manager

The Role

We are now looking for a people driven experienced Front of House Assistant to join our team at our studio in Mayfair. An integral and client facing role. You are the best of Ten’s FOH, a true brand ambassador. You set the bar high for customer service, standards, studio marketing, retail and MBO.

You support the FOH team and through them are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst ensuring that all communications, both internal and external are managed efficiently and effectively. You have responsibility for all management duties in the FOH area including weekly banking, maintenance of the computer and phone systems and monitoring/reporting procedures.

You are also an active member of the FOH team, covering an average of four shifts per week.

We are ideally looking for people with: 

• Proven track record in customer service management
• Experience in rota management
• Experience in a position of seniority is desirable
• Experience in sales
• Retail experience will be desirable
• Experience of using the MBO system is desirable
• Experience of working in the health and fitness industry
• People person
