Job title: Front of House Assistant

Salary: £8.65 per hour

Working Hours: 2 shifts per week available minimum of 14 hours, working a mixture of early and late shifts- depending on your availability.

We are now looking for a superstar Front of House Assistant to join our teams at our studio in St James.

You will be the first point of contact with all clients, in person, over the phone and through email. Your responsibilities will include

• Be ensuring the best possible experience for each client with each visit
• Maintaining and enhancing high levels of customer service.
• Ensuring that you are fully aware of the days’ schedule and appointments in order to direct clients and staff - review the classes, PT’s and physio appointments for the day and confirm clients to trainer/physio
• Supporting the studio with standards and administration

We are ideally looking for people with: 

• At least 2 years working in hospitality, health and beauty industry or fitness environment 
• Experience of managing bookings and reservations 
• Dealing with clients face to face and over the phone
