What are we looking for in a temper bartender?

A strong background in stock management
Experience in managing a team of bartenders
Free-flowing creativity to drive the bar offering forward
A clean and methodical approach to working behind a bar
A genuine passion for food and drink
Experience working within a dispense bar is advantageous.
