Temper is an exciting concept focusing on whole animal BBQs, exciting taco’s and cocktails. We are looking for experienced Assistant General Managers to join the journey.

Managers at Temper are masters of creating the best vibes, building incredible teams and pushing the restaurant forward to its highest potential. As the AGM you are the number two, when the General Manager is away, you're the one steering the ship. Experience in running shifts in a high paced restaurant environment is essential. What are we looking for in you?

• Experience working in a similar role in a hospitality business
• Ability to manage, motivate and inspire a team under pressure
• Experience in opening closing procedures, cash-up’s, T&A and Open Table or a similar reservations system
• A high level of written and spoken English is essential. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to adapt your communication style to suit a diverse range of colleagues and customers
• Immaculately presented at all times
