Assistant Sales Manager - Farnham

Assistant Sales Manager job in Farnham, Surrey working for a fast growing leisure company. TeamSport is recognised as the UK's leading Indoor Karting business with over 25 sites across the UK and more being built every year.

This is a new position supporting the Head of Sales with daily sales queries, quotes and responses to customers as well as being the crucial link between the sales and operations teams with a pivotal role in encouraging communication from all areas of the business.

You will also be responsible for ‘driving’ the sales teams’ KPIs by ensuring the daily, weekly and monthly targets are met as well as performing 121s with staff members; setting out monthly plans to help with individual development.

We are looking for a customer service champion, who can charm the birds from the trees and drive a sales team to unprecedented success. So do you have what it takes? A professional, yet fun attitude, the ability to work in a busy, fast moving team and the understanding of working in a previous sales or commercial environment? We are looking for 3 years experience in a similar role.

Please note that this role will be required to work one day each weekend with a day off in lieu.
