Are you looking for a Regional Operations Director role within a fast growing leisure business?

TeamSport Indoor Karting is a fast growing, adrenalin-fuelled leisure business now looking for an exceptional Regional Operations Director. Based in the North of the UK, the Regional Operations Director role will be directly responsible for the people, performance, service, standards, and safety across all sites within the region.

The ideal person will be forward thinking and proactive with a hands-on approach together with a natural talent to inspire and lead a team of General Managers and their sites to the next level of business performance. 

Candidates must have extensive experience within the leisure, service, attraction, or retail sectors and be able to demonstrate at least 5 years multi-site management experience.

Job Description:

  • To execute and deliver the TeamSport business strategy across all sites within the region
  • To ensure effective leadership, direction, clarity, communication, pace and consistency
  • To lead, direct and inspire a team of General Managers and their respective teams to deliver strong commercial performance at every site
  • To create a culture of great leadership, development and opportunity within the region
  • To be an ambassador for great levels of service, class leading standards and a winning mind-set across all sites throughout the region
  • Always ensure excellent standards of safety compliance across all sites

  • Impressive people management skills including the ability to coach, inspire and develop multi-functional teams to deliver targets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of people at all levels
  • Proven success in managing multiple sites
  • Operational experience within a service based environment
  • A detailed understanding of our customers’ expectations
  • Strong commercial skills with excellent financial acumen
  • P&L accountability and experience of driving multiple revenue lines
  • Self-motivated, open-minded and resilient
