The Tattershall Castle Group has 63 sites reaching from Scotland to Newquay with a significant number in the centre of London.  The estate is a mix of individual sites, wet led local Town pubs, City entertainments and Quality Pubs and Bars. Our flag ship is literally a “ship” on the Victoria Embankment in London!  It’s a great venue with a comedy club, deck bar, restaurant, gin and rum bar and much more, almost opposite the London Eye – what a fun place to work!

We offer great training and the opportunity to progress whatever your ambition.  Many of our General Managers have progressed to their positions through our Management Development Programme.  And the learning doesn’t stop there, we also offer support for our management teams to follow Nationally recognised qualifications in Supervision, Leadership and Management.
