About us:

Tattu is an award-winning, independent, family-owned business founded in 2015 by two young brothers. The brand set out with a clear vision – to bring something unique and engaging to the restaurant industry making a permanent mark on the UK’s culinary scene. The word Tattu is derived from a combination of ‘Tattoo’ the art form that inspires our stunning interiors and ‘Tatau’ which is an ancient word from eastern culture that means to ‘make a mark’. Our aim was to build a customer experience around the brand that stimulates all senses – fusing quality and innovative Chinese cooking with beautiful and meaningful design. 

The role:

  • Coach the team through our inhouse training programs to ensure their introduction to our Company is a success and they feel welcomed into the Tattu family.
  • Create innovative and engaging training materials that reflect our motto to be #permanently unique.
  • Develop a supportive culture across all our sites that creates an environment were team members will grow and reach their potential.
  • Work with the management team to make Tattu a company where people want to stay and thrive and people actively seek opportunities to join us.
  • Mentor junior employees throughout their journey with us.
  • Create a monthly calendar of training initiatives that motivate and inspire the team
  • Ensure all the training and initiatives we introduce are relevant and well received and bring benefits to the team and the company.
  • Travel across all our sites will be required on a regular basis.
