The ideal Customer Success Agent for Tao Group Hospitality has:

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role within a restaurant/ hotel environment;

  • Exceptional service standards with attention to detail;

  • Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition to smile;

  • Excellent command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;

  • Availability to work full-time and be flexible;

  • Ability to work under pressure;

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom;
