Who are we?

We are Swingers - the crazy golf club and we are on the search for a Bar Supervisor to join our amazing team!

We have two incredible venues that combine crazy golf, street food and cocktails, what's not to love? Both venues have fun nine-hole crazy golf courses, private hire areas, four different street food vendors and high-quality cocktail bars!

In short, what will I be doing?

• Assisting with weekly scheduling in line with revenue forecast; adjust working hours according to actual revenue and maximise labour hour productivity.
• Ensuring that guest expectations are consistently met and exceeded across the department. 
• Assisting with the on-going training and coaching of team members to ensure service and quality standards are consistently met.
• Assisting with creating new cocktails including specials and carrying out menu analysis and keeping on top of current trends within the market. 
• Managing, maintaining and ordering of glassware, barware and consumables. 

So, what are we looking for?

• Someone who has a minimum of one years' experience in a supervisory role within high volume, quality cocktail bar/venue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• A brilliant multitasker who has experience of working within a fast- paced environment. 
• Someone who loves hospitality as much as we do!
