Swingers - the crazy golf club, consists of two fantastic venues that combine crazy golf, street food and cocktails to create one incredible social experience. Both the City and West End venues have two nine-hole crazy golf courses, private hire areas, at least three different street food vendors and high-quality cocktail bars. Swingers has a well-rounded portfolio of offerings for both the general admission guest as well as the private and corporate event client.

The role

As a Crazy Golf Caddie, you will centre on the guest experience by interacting with players on the golf courses, ensuring they always have a refreshing drink in hand and are well looked after as they enjoy their time with us.

Traditionally on a golf course, caddies accompany the player on the green, tee them off to start their game, suggest which clubs to use on certain holes, offer advice on the obstacles ahead and ensure refreshments are available from the drinks cart should they get thirsty.

Crazy Golf Caddies are no different! You will undergo in depth training on the courses to become a veritable crazy golf pro and use your extensive knowledge of our cocktails to expertly recommend exactly when and why a refreshing Gin Fizz might just sharpen the focus on that tricky shot.

What will you be doing as our Crazy Golf Caddie?

- Ensuring we provide our guests with a quality service that will enhance their experience through excellent customer service

- Suggesting food and beverage to guests and be well versed with all menus and Swingers facilities

- Helping maintain appearance and maintenance of working areas

- Multitasking whilst maintaining a high level of customer service

What makes you our perfect Crazy Golf Caddie?

No formal qualifications or experience is necessary, but it will help your application if you have the following:

- Experience as a Cocktail Server / Host / Bartender in busy hospitality environments.

- A fun, infectious and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.

- Naturally hard working with a positive attitude to teamwork and your colleagues.

- Excellent communication skills.

You must be able to work evenings and weekends.
