Can you help to build a winning SWEAT! team with the highest levels of customer service to all our members and guests? Train, motivate, supervise and coach other SWEAT! Stars & Buddy’s, focusing on anticipating and exceeding the members’ expectations and producing an unparalleled member experience.

You need to foster and actively promote a ‘can do’ culture: with a key focus on: a positive team spirit and customer focused service delivery for members, guest and visitors.

As we expand across the UK, we are looking for warm engaging, upbeat positive individuals to be the face of SWEAT! If this sounds like you, we’d love to offer you an exciting challenge in which we’ll help you grow and develop.

You will be a jack of all trades and happy to clean and get your hands dirty if required. Your base will be front of house so you need an awarding winning smile and great customer service. Your priority will be clean club, happy members!

A Bit About the Gig

You must be fitness qualified to a minimum of level 2 and have previous experience of working in the fitness industry and also have an up to date first aid qualification or be willing to undertake.
