Our SWEAT! Captain is the person who must ensure their team deliver this. Can you build a winning SWEAT! team with the highest levels of customer service to all our members and guests? Have you an eye for detail and are obsessively clean ? We expect our gym not just to be clean but super clean all day every day!
You will need to have experience in training, motivating, managing and coaching the SWEAT! Stars & Buddy’s, focusing on anticipating and exceeding the members’ expectations and producing an unparalleled member experience. You will also have experience in a target based sales environment and thrive under pressure
You need to foster and actively promote a ‘can do’ culture: with a key focus on: a positive team spirit and customer focused service delivery for members, guest and visitors. SWEAT! Captain's lead by example and no job is beneath them.
