IT Support Analyst - Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire

Role Description for IT Support Analyst:

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Analyst to join the IT team at Stoke Park. As IT Support Analyst you will will be:

  • On call cover including weekends is required and will be discussed at interview.
  • Be focused on supporting and improving the company infrastructure.
  • Supporting two UK based offices and three overseas offices (travel will be required)
  • Primary duties are to install, configure & support IT infrastructure including servers and networking equipment (e.g. SAN, NAS, switches and peripherals) to ensure systems are available to end users
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance & security upgrades\updates\patches
  • Manage Backups\DR via Symantec Backup Exec, Veeam and Symantec System Recovery, imaging software (eg Acronis, Ghost)

Required Experience for IT Support Analyst:

  • Desirable knowledge includes WatchGuard firewalls, AlienVault, Apple Mac Support
  • Enthusiastic self-starter
  • Team player.
  • Must have a professional attitude, good work ethic and efficiently pursue attention to detail
  • Strong personal drive and resilience.
  • Action and result oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels.
