Role Description for Breakfast Chef:

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join the Kitchen brigade at Stoke Park. You will be joining a team at an exciting time, whilst they working towards achieving a fourth Rosette and Michelin Star. As Breakfast Chef you will:

• Assist in preparing top class cuisine using fresh local ingredients.
• Prepare meals for the Staff Canteen.
• Prepare afternoon tea sandwiches
• Ensure that mis en place job lists are carried out and prioritised
• Ensure that your  kitchen area’s are clean and safe
• Assist with HACCP and Health and Safety procedures
• Put all deliveries away
• Mis en place for next day (Both Breakfast and Canteen)
• Check and sort out fridges, dry store and freezers
• Occasionally assist in the other kitchen areas within Stoke Park

Required Experience for the Breakfast Chef:

• Experience in a three Rosette level or 5 Star property
• Knowledge of HACCP and Health and Safety procedures
• Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment
• Handles pressure calmly and professionally
• Applications should be committed to the highest standards of cuisine, presentation and food preparation.
• Relevant experience gained in a similar environment is desirable.

The role will be for 45 hour shifts per week to include weekends and bank holidays as per the rota. Typical shift will be 6.00am to to 3.00pm.
