Chef de Partie - Pastry Kitchen - Stoke Park Country Club & Resort

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie in the Pastry Kitchen to join a team which produces top class cuisine and dishes using local ingredients.

As the Chef de Partie you will:

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs in overseeing the Pastry to include freshness of ingredients and mis en place
  • Ensure that the Pastry is ready for service
  • The role will also help in retaining the 5 Red Star standard
  • There is shift work, 45 hours per week to include bank holidays and weekends.

Required Experience:

  • Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment
  • Handles pressure calmly and professionally
  • Previous experience of working in a similar rosette-accredited environment along with a passion for food
