Apprentice Trainee IT Support Analyst - Stoke Park Country Club & Resort

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Support Analyst to join the IT team at Stoke Park. As Trainee Support Analyst:

• Provide IT support for International Group staff/systems
• To provide support for Windows 7, Windows 8 & Windows 10
• To configure, install & support PC’s, laptops & printers\MFP’s
• Install bespoke software systems
• Create documentation as/when requested and for any changes/additions to the IT 
• To provide support on Apple Macs
• Setup of mobile devices (iPhone’s, iPads, Android)
• To provide Windows Active Directory/Exchange 2013 administration e.g. create

Trainee Support Analyst entry requirements:

• GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above plus at least 3 other GCSEs at grades A-C or 9-4 in any subject 
• Cannot have an IT qualification higher than level 3
• Any experience working in an IT/computer environment
