Assistant San Marco Manager ​- Stoke Park Country Club & Resort

As Assistant San Marco Manager you will:

• Make sure the areas managed are run smoothly to ensure the guests/Members expectations are met and exceeded at all times
• Provide the best possible experience to all
• Together with the San Marco Manager you will ensure that your staff are motivated and trained to meet the highest levels of guest care and service
• Become the main character and point of contact for guests and staff
• Control and manage reservations on Open Table and to communicate with the Reservations department consistently
• Liaise with Event and Sales Managers on any Corporate or Group booking issues and action accordingly following consultation
• To ensure that operational standards are being maintained in line with AA (Minimum Score 85%) and Standard Operating Procedure and that any decline in service and standards are rectified through proper communication
• To be a key figure in the operation, providing inspirational leadership and guidance to your team  and become the first point of contact in handling any situations, complaints and guests needs

Required Experience:

• Previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel environment is essential as you will be overseeing luxury weddings and exclusive conferences and events
• Well organised, outgoing & service minded
• Ability to multitask & troubleshoot throughout the department
• Excellent customer service skills & attention to detail
• Impeccable personal appearance
• Strong interpersonal skills, articulate and confident communicator
• Handles pressure calmly and professionally
• Thrives on working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
• Personal preference to be on the floor and be prepared to get physically involved in the service
