Breakfast Kitchen Assistant - Colchester, Essex

Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf and Spa is looking for Breakfast Kitchen Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.

Working as part of the award-winning kitchen brigade and reporting to the Senior Kitchen Team, the successful candidate will have previous experience working in a kitchen, be flexible, committed and eager to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in all areas of the kitchen where required
• Prep in all areas and sections
• Report any health and safety concerns to Senior Chef
• To be of a clean and smart appearance
• To listen and learn from the team
• To be flexible and committed to customer requests wherever possible
• To contribute ideas for the menu and for kitchen welfare
• Make the Senior Chef aware of any ordering needs for the section covered
• Adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety Regulations
• Qualifications or desired skills
