Head Waiter/Waitress - Peebles
To assist in the smooth operation of our Dining Rooms, we are looking to recruit a Head Waiter/Waitress.
The role will involve overseeing the service and management of the team in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager.
The successful candidate must be flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. Full induction, training and uniform are provided along with an excellent salary package.
