We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team in our new opening in Westgate, Oxford.
You must be knowledgeable in food safety and delivering high standards of hygiene practice. You must take responsibility for training and development and ensure your team deliver the freshest, high-quality food to our guests.

As a Sous Chef you’re the one that is heard in a kitchen where everybody wants a say. You must lead and set the rhythm when the music is playing and the guests are ordering. You can look everyone in the eye and have a high spirit, lots of energy and a great head for business, which makes it obvious to everyone you are in command.

Experience is essential and preference within a Japanese kitchen. You must be level headed, and a good communicator in both written and verbal English.
