Become a Swim Teacher

As a company we realise the importance of gaining skills and experience before entering the workplace. We have 3 key entry level roles in which we hope to help support, mentor and support new prospective teachers coming into the industry.

To become a fully qualified swimming teacher with the relevant lifesaving qualifications included can cost upwards of £700….

The Stepping Stones payback programme is targeted specifically at young people and those looking for a change of career. Though our voluntary payback programme you can gain valuable hands-on experience and advice from our fantastic teaching team, at the same time you are building volunteer credit to redeem against nationally recognised qualifications.

Build your volunteer hours to reduce the cost of your qualification, it is a win, win, gain valuable exposure to the teaching environment and build your knowledge prior to completing any formal qualification, you will also have a guaranteed job when you do become a qualified instructor.

Stepping Stones will fund 100% of your qualification once you have successfully completed the allocated volunteer hours requirements or if you would like to start earning sooner there are part funded options available allowing you to become qualified sooner.
