Due to undergo a complete renovation, The Quarry Inn is perfectly positioned on a busy residential street. The superb catchment area is made up of affluent professionals and families, searching for a welcoming and cosy space. With the proposed project works, we plan to provide just that.

While the full details of the refurbishment are yet to be decided, we want to create a striking pub that serves delicious food and great cask ales. Once complete, the project will provide a dining space for around 50/60 covers together with an enhanced and upgraded catering kitchen.

We recognise that the Quarry Inn is in need of a little helping hand. To allow you to build the business back up, we are offering a reduced rent in the first year of operation for our new chosen business partner. The rent for the first year will be £16,250.

Do you possess the skills to offer a superb retail offer, create an appealing menu and manage your own business? While previous pub experience is beneficial, the ability to run your own profitable business and build your own team is preferred.
