DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – The Jug & Bottle, Heswall, CH60 4RH

Full Time – 45 hours per week

OTE - £39,500 per annum plus company benefits

The Jug & Bottle is a lively and busy pub in Heswall.  It’s a bit of landmark in the town and tends to have a great buzz at all times of the day, and throughout the week. It offers top notch beers, quality wines, and serves fresh interesting food cooked by proper chefs. We are now looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER to work alongside our GM, leading the team and driving the Jug forward.

What we’re looking for:

A positive deputy general manager with an outgoing personality, bags of enthusiasm and a genuine love of people and the industry, so not much!

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for. Some experience of managing people is also essential, as it’s a big team and within a short space of time they’ll be looking to you for direction and guidance.

(Basic Salary £28,000 - £29,300 per annum + Profit Share (approx. £5k p.a.) + Generous Tips (approx. £5k p.a.)
