The Cottage Loaf is a traditional country style pub in the heart of the busy town of Llandudno. We are currently seeking a SENIOR SOUS CHEF to assist in heading up our busy kitchen at this award-winning pub and further strengthen the team to help us continue our strong growth and reputation as a destination for dining in Llandudno and the surrounding area.

We are passionate about food, and, prepare everything in house to a high standard using fresh local produce. Our menus reflect this and change regularly. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced Sous Chef looking for a progressive and challenging role.

 

AS SENIOR SOUS CHEF:

 

You will work closely with the head chef and other chefs in all sections of the kitchen. You will have input in to the designing and planning of our continually evolving dishes and menu. You will be a team player and have a passion for working in the industry. You will be ambitious and want to improve yourself, the menu, our team and the business as a whole. SALARY & REWARD

 

Salary is OTE £33,500 per annum (£27,500 salary + £1000 end of season bonus + £2000 potential stock bonus + generous tips) + contributory pension scheme, staff discounts and employee benefits
