The Glengower, set on the stunning Aberystywth seafront in the busy seaside town, is going from strength to strength as our reputation for our food continues to grow.  Modern British fresh food is at the heart of what we are about and we are currently looking for a SOUS CHEF to become part of this successful team.

To be honest if you’re looking to win Michelin stars or rosettes we’re probably not the place for you, but if you’re hard working with a bit of fire in your belly with a genuine love and passion for great fresh quality food this is a great opportunity to come on board to help us continue to grow this exciting and bustling foodie pub in mid Wales.

We are passionate about food, and prepare our menu in house to a high standard using fresh and local produce where possible. Our menus reflect this and change regularly. This is an excellent opportunity for any chef looking for a progressive and challenging role.

HOURS OF WORK

This is a full time position.
