The Cottage Loaf is a traditional country style pub in the heart of the busy town of Llandudno. We are currently seeking a SENIOR SOUS CHEF to assist in heading up our busy kitchen at our award winning pub and further strengthen our team to continue our strong growth and reputation as a destination for dining in Llandudno and surrounding area.

We are passionate about food, and prepare everything in house to a high standard using fresh and local produce. Our menus reflect this and change regularly. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Sous Chef or experienced CDP looking for a progressive and challenging role.

AS SENIOR SOUS CHEF:

  • You will work closely with the head chef and other chefs in all sections of the kitchen.
  • You will have input in to the designing and planning of our continually evolving dishes and menu.
  • You will be a team player and have a passion for working in the industry.
  • You will be ambitious and want to improve yourself, the menu, our team and the business as a whole.

SALARY & REWARD

Salary is OTE £30,500 per annum (£27,500 salary + £1000 end of season bonus  + £2000 potential stock bonus)  + contributory pension scheme + staff discounts + employee benefits
