Cider is in our veins, and pizza at our hearts. Lovingly sourced, top quality ingredients have been paramount since we opened in Dorset in 2009, and nothing has changed since. We buy our cider from small, craft producers, our cheeses from local artisans and our meat comes from the best farms in the country - we’re proud of it. Our crew of Stable hands embody our style, passion and our commitment to the best.

WE NEED YOU…

As our GENERAL MANAGER..

• You will be the leader of our teams and the face of the business.
• You will need to maintain our high standards, strive for perfection, and have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.  
• You must achieve top-notch customer service, and always have a positive attitude to your work and colleagues.
• You will be self-motivated with passion and drive to succeed. You must encourage and inspire your team to achieve your common goals.
• You will ideally have a minimum of two years’ experience in hospitality management and hold a personal license. We will need references from your previous employers.
• You must successfully manage labour costs and stock control to achieve gross profit margins and KPIs set within the company.
