About Us!

Since opening our first restaurant in 2009 in Bridport, Dorset, from a dilapidated former stable block in a 17th century coaching inn, our bar and restaurants have grown from strength to strength, inspiring cider drinkers, pizza scoffers and good time lovers far and wide.

Naturally, being in Dorset meant Real Cider from small scale producers was available in every orchard and shed around the corner Obtaining fine produce in this part of the world was no issue, what with local growers and suppliers popping up all the time, and fresh meat and fish on our doorstep.

And our pizzas, using our secret sourdough starter and unusual locally sourced toppings such as mint marinated lamb and sweet potato (our take on a Sunday roast!) went down a storm, and so the concept was born; fine food and crafted cider, great vibe and an amazing team.

We have risen to 17 restaurants since the early days in Bridport 2009, we have sites scattered across the country in some fantastic buildings and breathtaking locations, with staff to match, can you make a welcome addition to our team?
