An exciting opportunity for a Room Service Supervisor has arisen at perhaps London's most iconic hotel. If you are an experienced, passionate and proactive Food & Beverage professional then this could be the perfect role for you.

  • The Room Service Supervisor is responsible for delivering five star luxury lifestyle guest service experiences for customers. 
  • The role involves actively up selling to each customer at each correct opportunity when taking Room Service orders to maximize revenue working to achieve personal and team related revenue and service goals.
  • Works with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to continually improve guest and ambassador satisfaction by ensuring a five star approach to Food & Beverage in room dining delivery.   

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Previous experience in the 5 star/luxury lifestyle market is desirable
  • Hotel shift leader experience is essential
  • Previous experience within the Food & Beverage area is essential for this role
  • Expertise in  leading five star service teams
