An exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Sales and Hospitality Executive has arisen at London's most iconic hotel. If you are a talented professional, passionate about creating extraordinary experiences, then St Pancras could be the perfect hotel for you.

Here’s a snapshot of the role and its key responsibilities:

• As a key front of house representative of the F&B team the in Booking Office and Hansom Lounge, the F&B Sales and Hospitality Executive is responsible for supervising the hosting of  guests, delivering a five star luxury lifestyle guest service experiences for customers through the supervision of the Booking Office and Hansom Lounge reservations and seating plans
• The F&B Sales and Hospitality Executive is responsible for ensuring that brand standards of the host team are followed at all times, and also ensuring that the productivity of the team is according the standards
• The role includes organization of all events within F&B outlets from contracts, deposits, payments, menu tastings to execution, as well as communication with the bar, kitchen and operation team regarding events

We’ll be hiring a candidate that has:

• Sustained and proven Food & Beverage service operations experience in a similar quality, five-star, high volume environment
• Demonstrable skills in hospitality
• A strong knowledge of lifestyle and luxury hotel standards with evidence of successful implementation of high level service and product standards
